Rustoleum floor tile paint before and after. After waiting at least 6 hours after painting the floor, apply the top coat. This paint kind of reminds me of a krazy glue on steroids, it is super duper adherent and will not come off easy after it dries. I’ve used the mapei grout refresh product in three of our homes now and each time i’m blown away by the before and after grout paint transformation.

One coat of the stencil I started by vacuuming my tile very thoroughly. Simply mop and make sure there is nothing on the surface when you begin painting.

The grout can be rolled also and then move on to the next section. Let the first coat dry for two days. Then applied 3 coats of polyurathane.

I sanded first, applied the paint, then immediately applied the chips for a garage floor (they looked like the ones in the $250 kit, but i bought separately), then i scraped off the excess and let dry for a few days.
